I brought Captain Crunch (John Draper) to the Long Beach Aquarium to
meet up with Paul Watson and find out more about what happened to the man who was captured by the Japanese and is awaiting sentencing: In this video (made on Sunday April 11th, 2010 by myself and the Crunchman) Paul explains how the Japanese will find Pete guilty and sentence 30 years in jail, then deport him, because ‘that’s how they do things’.
Here Paul explains how one of the laws that the Japanese are using have to do with the knife that Pete was carrying when he jumped aboard the Japanese whaling ship that arrested him and took him back to Japan.
In this heartfelt account of an encounter Paul had with whales, here he describes how he could sense when the whales knew what was actually going on between the humans. It is very interesting. Earlier Paul also talked about growing up in Eastern Canada and enjoying sharing a pond with beavers… just to have then disappear over the winter to trappers… he then started (as a boy) to trip their traps and thus this all began…
