So I created a twitter account for friends with problems that need immediate  attention, not sure if I want the whole Internet expecting free advice, but hell its funny so I’m gonna write about it anyway:

There was an incident where someone I personally know posted something indicating that they were suicidal and had taken action and it was evident that they were pretty much saying goodbye and it was pretty scary.

We got someone in their city to contact 911 and luckily they were detained and taken to the hospital, after which they got some help. This was more than just a cry for help as there had been a recent suicide in their family and some unfortunate circumstances in their life made this very possible, which was recognized on facebook posts by the community. After this happened I let them know that anytime they need something, to simply tweet ‘@BatSymbol’ and it helped to cheer them up.

This comical ‘FoursWhere’ posting above reminded me that this account hasn’t done a whole lot lately and that it could use some ‘love’.

I know this is very serious and here are some of my feelings which I’ve posted on Facebook, but the reviews on Google Maps are too much to not repost here. comments welcome.

Likes how Obama actually mentioned peace and that Pakistan was involved in a joint operation, how we are not at war with Islam and that this man had been responsible for mass murder of Muslims and Americans…I guess he didn’t really explain who he was but, he made it seem like in some way an act of peace not war.

I don’t feel comfortable celebrating someone’s death, but I hope this puts some of the 9/11 stuff to rest. Sucks pretty bad for the family members of over 2000 people in NYC who went through hell that day.”

I noticed how Chris Brogan and Danny Sullivan’s posts both appeared in the sidebar on my blog today, and both reference ‘Irony’.
