Twitterbook or Facetwitter? – its amazing how suddenly Facebook has caved to basically copy twitter to try and compete with the exploding social network of Twitter.

TwitterBook
So much for reading your own funny and fun wall updates. It Also fucks with your G1 phone or iPhone (or blackberry or other) devices… it reads ‘You have new facebook messages’. which are simply someone on my ever expanding ‘friends’ or how can I put it ‘online people I’ve added’ list updating what they had for lunch today. UNIMPORTANT. I guess now we have to relearn how to ‘customize’ our facebook in order to see anything funny anymore:
examples: when you tag someone in a photo that you don’t like and put ‘bitch’ or ‘jerk’ – THAT’S funny.
not funny: some dweeb changing status to ‘I have a headache, can someone email me an aspirin?’.
FUNNY: commenting on friends photos
NOT FUNNY: hearing about people’s personal lives who you don’t even know, but allowed them to add you anyways just so they can, i guess, look at pictures of you and your friends for some reason.
Any comments from other twitter ninjas or seo rockstars out there?
I’m missing SXSW this week in Austin, and i wish i was there, hope anyone there is enjoying this.
Last year, I got to go to SXSW all expenses paid thanks to winning Shoemoney’s contest put on by the fine folks at Izea, however the rockstartup episode was never published or posted or finished….
please post it Izea! or send me the footage already!!! regardless it was fun to interview Google asking them what they did on camera, then rock out on guitar hero to Metallica.
Here’s my winning post from last year if you are bored: Rockstar SEO
Happy twitterbooking all
KRONiS-
I’m very into doing charity events that help the less fortunate. Recently some animal loving kind-hearted people I know put an industry event together specifically to raise money for a Dog Rescue. The event is happening this SUNDAY DEC 12th at 5PM-9PM at club SEVEN which is at 7929 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, CA.
The creative community out here can be very tight-knitted and several talented artists who all have worked together to some capacity with the folks putting this event on have agreed to be part of this fund raising event for The Brittany Foundation. This is an ALL BREED dog rescue center, who I know always are looking for people to come and just walk the dogs and help out around the center whenever volunteers can help out, like on a Sunday here or there. It’s great if you love dogs and simply can’t have one at your apartment and want to get some fresh air.
The bands performing will be: a RARE Acoustic set from the Monday night Key Club Rockers, METAL SKOOL, Matt Nelson from ‘Nelson’, rockers Paperback Hero and CHANCE.

I thought this was a pretty funny way to get your employees that only like to listen to rap music to learn some Paid Search information without realizing it!I also found this to be quite funny, being from a musical background…
