Aaron with Vegas building a MIDI switching rig to allow for his rhythm guitarist to switch both guitar rigs with one pedal. This Better-Than-Bradshaw-style custom switching rack used a GCX Looper controlled by two Rocktron All Access Contol Pedals, housed in a custom built rack using 2 MidiMan 3×8 Matix units to accomplish the routing necessary. The follow up version used a new custom patch bay for all inputs and was housed in a larger rack case. Aaron has learned how to build new variations of his rigs thanks to the teachings from Vegas and others.

The new version of KRONiS uses a much more simple guitar setup consisting of Mesa/Boogie Amps & Cabs and a Dunlop Rackmount Wah. Aaron Uses Ernie Ball MusicMan John Petrucci Signature Model Guitars, 2 Mesa/Boogie 4×12 Rectifier Cabinets and and a Mesa/Boogie 2×12 Calibur Cabinet.

Aaron also uses his Line6 Vetta II HD head at his home studio and for session gigs where it’s versatility can be exploited.
